-    Methods of sale - sale by private treaty or auction

The sale of your property by Private Treaty means that you set a price or price range for your property.  Your property is then offered for sale to the public. A prospective buyer will then offer to purchase your property for a specified price. This offer may also be subject to conditions the buyer may impose.

The sale of your property at Auction entails offering your property for sale to a range of prospective purchasers at one time. These bidders will bid against one another until the highest achievable price is reached. You can set a reserve price, which is the minimum you will accept. Once a property is sold at auction it will be unconditional and a predetermined deposit must be paid on the day.
